En la actualidad, el alcance que tiene una acci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/kuvut.com\/business\/portfolio\/wom\/marketing-boca-a-boca-para-naturnes\/\"><strong>WOM boca a boca<\/strong> es <strong>muy superior<\/strong><\/a> a lo que conoc\u00edamos. Ahora, cuando un consumidor usa sus redes sociales para compartir su experiencia con alguna marca (ya sea tweeteando, compartiendo algo en Facebook, en sus stories de Instagram o haciendo un divertido TikTok) <strong>los impactos se multiplican por miles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que, hoy, hacer una <strong>campa\u00f1a WOM<\/strong> implica que los consumidores hablen sobre los productos compartiendo contenido con imagen de marca o relacionado con ella, haciendo recomendaciones y rese\u00f1as en l\u00ednea\u2026 en fin\u2026 generando material que compartir\u00e1 en sus redes sociales impactando a cientos y miles de personas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-por-qu-es-importante-la-publicidad-wom-o-boca-a-boca\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante la publicidad WOM o boca a boca?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, la respuesta a ello viene de que te hagas las siguientes preguntas: si tu amig@ te recomienda una tienda de ropa que tiene excelentes precios y muy buena calidad, \u00bfte gustar\u00eda ir a ver o considerar\u00edas comprar all\u00ed? Otra: si tu madre, tu padre o uno de tus hermanos te dicen que han probado una marca de alimentos que les ha fascinado y ha hecho de sus almuerzos una experiencia m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica, \u00bfacaso no querr\u00edas probarlo tambi\u00e9n? All\u00ed est\u00e1 la respuesta al por qu\u00e9 de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kuvut.com\/business\/wom-boca-a-boca\/\">importancia del WOM boca a boca<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definitivamente se trata de una estrategia de marketing invaluable, que permite aumentar el conocimiento sobre la marca y el n\u00famero de pruebas\/compras (van a comprar tu producto para probarlo porque X persona se lo recomend\u00f3). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, un estudio realizado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nielsen.com\/us\/en\/insights\/report\/2012\/global-trust-in-advertising-and-brand-messages-2\/\">Nielsen<\/a>, revela que <em><strong>el 92% de los consumidores conf\u00edan m\u00e1s en la recomendaci\u00f3n de familiares y amigos que en la publicidad que se encuentran en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/strong><\/em> (campa\u00f1as de marketing en radio, TV, vayas en v\u00eda p\u00edblica&#8230;); adem\u00e1s, se detect\u00f3 que el 76% de las personas conf\u00edan en las rese\u00f1as que encuentran en l\u00ednea (rates &amp; reviews) casi con la misma seguridad que le ofrecen sus seres queridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que, en definitiva, no cabe ning\u00fan lugar a duda respecto de que una estrategia WOM boca a boca es una de las mejores herramientas para influir de manera positiva en la mente de los clientes potenciales, respecto de lo que es la marca y sus productos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ten presente que, a mayor n\u00famero de personas hablando de tu marca (online y offline), se genera m\u00e1s conciencia y conocimiento de la misma, con lo que, consecuentemente, se atrae a un mayor n\u00famero de clientes potenciales hacia las g\u00f3ndolas en busca de tu producto.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cerrar, s\u00f3lo nos queda por decir: <strong><em>hacer correr la voz sobre un buen producto o marca, es lo que permitir\u00e1 que se destaque por sobre sus competidores y la impulsar\u00e1 a la cima de la industria.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los consumidores hablan y, hoy m\u00e1s que nunca, se animan a contar al mundo las cosas buenas sobre los productos&#8230; de maneras muy ingeniosas y atractivas.
